We do hope you enjoy your stay at Dark Orchard CL Site and keep returning, as many of our visitors do.

Please read the following terms and conditions, if there is something you then need to discuss please contact us, we will do our best to be flexible.

To safeguard against cancellation charges and other unforeseen eventualities we strongly recommend you take out Cancellation/Travel Insurance.

Your agreement is with Dark Orchard Certificated Location and it’s owners, references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ in these terms and conditions are to, Dark Orchard Certificated Location and its owners. References to ‘you’ in these terms and conditions are to you, the person making this booking and, where applicable, to every member of your party.

The person whose name is on the booking agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that all members of the party adhere to these Terms and Conditions as set out below:-

You and any units booked in by you must be a current members of the Caravan & Motorhome Club to book a pitch with us, we will ask you to provide us with your Club Membership Number before arrival which will be checked to ensure it is current.
A non-refundable deposit of 50%, or 1 night’s full fee, whichever is the greatest, is payable at the time of reservation, for the full period booked, to secure the booking. Reservations and deposits may be made by Debit or Credit Card online through our website http://www.darkorchardcl.co.uk or by telephone. If there is an outstanding balance the final balance payment is due 7 days before arrival this may be made by Debit or Credit Card through our website which you will have been sent a link for by email for your reservation or you can phone us to make the payment. Pitch fees are as advertised on our website www.darkorchardcl.co.uk.
Your booking is not secure until your deposit has been received.
Arrival is from 13.00 onwards and we ask that you vacate your pitch by 12.00 on your day of departure. We will do our best, where possible, to accommodate earlier arrivals or later departures. Please speak to us in advance to arrange.
We welcome 2 dogs per pitch. Please keeps your dog(s) on a lead/under close control at all times and clean up after them.
We can only dispose of your everyday domestic waste, please use the bins and sort your recycling as marked. You must not leave broken items (e.g. chairs etc.) or large packaging (e.g. cardboard boxes from new items) as we are unable to dispose of them.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance, or to terminate the visit, of any person whose conduct we consider is detrimental to us or to our visitors.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, to your property or vehicles, or any injury to you or your visitors whilst staying on our CL.
Visitors other than those booked are NOT allowed on site. Unless we have received prior notice and been provided with name and addresses this is for the security and comfort of ourselves and other guests.

Please familiarise yourself with Page 260 & 261 of the Caravan and Motorhome Sites and Directory Handbook in particular we do not allow tents to accommodate more visitors only single pup tents, toilet tents and awning attached to your caravan or motorhome.

Cancellation Policy
1. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of monies paid. No further financial claims will be considered.
2. Events such as vehicle breakdown, illness or inclement weather etc. which may result in delayed arrival or cancellation of your stay, are not the responsibility of Dark Orchard CL and therefore we advise you to seek appropriate travel insurance.
3. If you have to cancel your booking please do so as early as possible so that we may attempt to re-book your pitch. Your booking is only cancelled once you have received a confirmation of cancellation email from us.
4. If we are able to re-let your pitch for part of all of the period booked we will refund for any period we have re-let less an administration charge equivalent to one nights fee. The administration fee is to cover credit card charges and pay towards our time trying to re-let your days cancelled.
5. If you cancel for all or part of the period booked on or after the intended arrival date no refund or credit will be made

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from us. We are the data controller in respect of any personal data we collect about you and we monitor our data protection compliance.
When you make an enquiry or booking through our website or via email or phone we keep your data to enable us to communication our services to you and help prevent and detect fraud.

The website and its components are offered for informational purposes only, we shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

Please ensure that you arrange your own Cancellation/Travel Insurance, as we do not provide this.

How we use cookies
